The Company has participated in some of the largest construction and infrastructure projects in Belgrade. We are recognized as a reliable partner in all commercial construction sectors, as well as in the growing residential segment, which makes up more than 60% of the company's portfolio.

Marera Construction has been operating with 3 concrete factories, manufactured by LIEBHERR, each with a production capacity of 360 m³ of concrete per hour. This allows the company to provide an uninterrupted supply of fresh concrete to multiple construction sites simultaneously. To ensure consistent production in all weather conditions, the company utilizes advanced systems, including water heating and aggregate (gravel) steaming with warm air.

Marera Construction ensures strict quality control of both input components and finished concrete through state-of-the-art equipment in its dedicated laboratory. This laboratory operates under the direct supervision of the Institute for Materials Testing (IMS) from Belgrade.

For concrete transport, the company utilizes a fleet of 36 mixer trucks with capacities of 10 m³ and 12 m³. Additionally, concrete pumping is facilitated by 9 advanced Putzmeister and Liebherr pumps, equipped with "arrow" lengths ranging from 24 m to 56 m, enabling efficient and precise concrete delivery to various construction sites.

Standard Concretes

These are the most commonly used concretes, available in a variety of strength classes ranging from C12/15 to C50/60. Standard concretes are installed directly from the mixer, making them suitable for various construction applications.

Pumped Concrete

Pumped concretes are used when the installation requires the use of a concrete pump. These concretes are available in strength classes ranging from C16/20 to C50/60 and higher, ensuring they meet the specific needs of more complex construction projects.

Frost-Resistant Concretes
These concretes are designed for use in environments where concrete structures are exposed to freezing temperatures and climatic influences, ensuring durability when concrete surfaces drop below zero.
Frost and Defrosting Salt-Resistant Concretes
These are commonly used in civil engineering, offering high durability to prevent the occurrence of “peeling” in concrete due to the combined effects of freezing and thawing salts.
Waterproofing Concretes
Primarily used for foundations and areas where it is critical to prevent water penetration through concrete, ensuring a durable and leak-proof structure.
Self-Installing Concretes (SIC)
Ideal for use in columns, walls, and locations with densely arranged reinforcement where vibrators cannot be used. SIC offers the advantage of self-compacting during installation, eliminating the need for vibration and producing exceptionally smooth surfaces once the formwork is removed.
Concretes for Extremely Fast Formwork Removal
These concretes are used when it is necessary to remove the formwork just a few hours after the concrete has been installed, allowing for quicker turnaround times in certain construction processes.

Steel Fiber Reinforced Concretes
Ideal for use in concrete floor slabs in environments such as industrial halls, shopping centers, warehouses, and tunnels. Key advantages of these concretes include:

- Reduced susceptibility to cracking and breakage
Microsynthetic Fiber Reinforced Concretes
These are used in floor slabs and precast concrete elements. The addition of microsynthetic fibers helps prevent the formation of microcracks, significantly improving the wear resistance and longevity of the concrete.
